REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES Department of Finance Bureau of Internal Revenue Quezon City June 13, 2011 Subject: REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-2011 To: Inclusion of United Coconut Planters Bank in the List of Authorized Agent Banks who are Authorized to Accept Payment of Internal Revenue Taxes From Taxpayers Enrolled in the Bureau's Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) and Registered Under the Splitted Revenue District Offices All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned This is in connection with Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 93-2010 dated November 5, 2010, advising all taxpayers enrolled in the Bureau's eFPS and registered under the splitted Revenue District Offices (RDOs) to e-pay only to the eFPS Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) which passed the Users Acceptance Test (UAT) as confirmed by the Bureau's Information Systems Group (ISG).
