SUBJECT

: 2nd NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING ON 26 TO 28 JANUARY 2015 IN MANILA

The Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWT) will hold its 2 nd National Executive Board Meeting on 26 to 28 January 2015 at the PACE National Office, 5 th Floor, Manila City Hall.

The National Officers, the Advisers and the concerned newly appointed officers of PACSWI, namely: Ms. Fely Obenza, RTC, Kidapawan City, North Cotabato, Ms. Lenicone De Jesus, RTC, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Ms. Ma. Norie Villero, RTC, Tacloban City, Leyte, and Ms. Geraldine Orquillas, RTC, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Preciousa C. Macapuso, PACSWI National President, shall submit a report on the conduct of the meeting with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
