[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8664, June 25, 1998 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LAMPANUSAN, MUNICIPALITY OF KALILANGAN, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, TO BE KNOWN.AS THE LAMPANUSAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. A public high school in Barangay Lampanusan, Municipality of Kalilangan, Province of Bukidnon, shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports to be known as the Lampanusan National High School.
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
