REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4606 - AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION FIFTY OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVISED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CEBU.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The last paragraph of Section fifty of Re­public Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred fifty-seven, other­wise known as the Revised Charter of the City of Cebu, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The City Treasurer shall have an assistant and deputies to head divisions and sections necessary to carry out his functions, whose salaries shall conform to the rates pre­scribed under Administrative Order Numbered seventy-eight of the President of the Philippines dated October five, nineteen hundred sixty-three. He shall also have such other personnel to assist him with his duties as may be provided for from time to time by appropriation ordi­nances."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
