CHAN, Revenue Code (NIRC) (8M St. Peter Street, Cubao, Quezon City) (AT-LARGE), Accused. x------------------------------------------x ORDER In the Resolution promulgated on May 11, 2015, this Court ordered the prosecution to (1) amend the instant Information to reflect the real crime being charged; (2) to submit the originals or certified true copies of the photocopied documents attached to the Information; and, (3) to submit the original or certified true copy of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue's referral for preliminary investigation and possible filing of Information with the corresponding authority and approval for the filing thereof addressed to the Secretary of Justice. Records showed that, despite due notice and receipt of the aforesaid Resolution, the prosecution still failed to comply with the same, per Records Verification dated May 27, 2015. WHEREFORE, for failure to obey the lawful order of the Court, the case-in-caption is hereby DISMISSED without prejudice. SO ORDERED. Quezon City, Philippines, May 29, 2015.
