TO: ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY RECOLLECTION MEETING AND RECOLLECTION

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting on February 23, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in Malolos City and Recollection on March 30, 2007 at 8:00 A.M. in Tiara Oriental Hotel, MakatiCity.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting/recollection on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Guiliermo P. Agloro , President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting/recollection.
