REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City January 23, 2013 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11-2013 SUBJECT : BIR Priority Programs for CY 2013 All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees TO : The commendable performance of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in 2012 � which saw, for the first time in the history of the revenue service, our collection of revenues in excess of P1 Trillion � is an affirmation of the contributions of our Priority programs to the improvement of our operations and the delivery of services. In this regard, and in order to ensure the attainment of our revenue targets for CY 2013, this Circular is being issued to identify agency priority programs, which shall be implemented in CY 2013. A complete list of the twenty-six (26) Priority Programs is provided in Annex A of this Circular. All activities and undertakings must therefore be aligned with, and in support of these programs.
