REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4648 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED FORTY MILLION PESOS IN PAYMENT FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT TO THE CAPITAL STOCK OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, one hundred forty million pesos to be used exclusively in payment for the subscription of the Republic of the Philippines to the capital stock of the Asian Development Bank in accordance with the provisions of the agreement establishing the Asian Development Bank.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
