REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9426 - AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 8 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE ENTIRE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY TO COMMEMORATE ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. To commemorate its founding anniversary as a province, March 8 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the entire Province of Compostela Valley.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
