REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9413 - AN ACT DECLARING APRIL 3 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUISIANA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA TO CELEBRATE THE "ARAW NG LUBUSAN KALAYAAN BILANG BAYAN NG LUISIANA, LAGUNA" AND THE "PANDANAN FESTIVAL"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. April 3 of every year is hereby declard a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Luisiana, Province of Laguna to celebrate the "Araw ng Lubusang Kalayaan Bilang Bayan ng Luisiana, Laguna" and the Pandanan Festival."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
