REPUBLIC ACT NO. 984 - AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, REPEALING FOR THE PURPOSE THE TWENTY-SIXTH SUBPARAGRAPH OF THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The twenty-sixth subparagraph of the first paragraph of section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is repealed.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
