REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2759 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IBAJAY, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IBAJAY, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established an emergency hospital with a twenty-five-bed capacity in the Municipality of Ibajay, Province of Aklan.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon the date the funds authorized herein to be appropriated are provided for.
