REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7413 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE PUERTO PRINCESA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE PUERTO PRINCESA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Puerto Princesa Provincial Hospital in the City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
