Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document No. CB-FEOID (FI) 91-00382 dated August 22, 1991, covering the foreign direct investment of The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, Head Office, USA, in its Philippine Reinsurance Branch has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or profits remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
