TO : ALL THE NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT : EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING ON 5 OCTOBER 2001 AT THE RTC, HALL OF JUSTICE, KALIBO, AKLAN

The National Officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will have their Executive Council Meeting on 5 October 2001 at the Hall of Justice, Kalibo, Aklan.

All National Officers are hereby authorized to attend the Executive Council Meeting on official time, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges and/or Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance at the Executive Council Meeting shall be submitted by the CLERAP National Secretary to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from adjournment of the said meeting.
