Felix Paul Velasco III and Atty. Sherry Anne C. Gabriel appeared. Counsel for the petitioner, Atty. Arlyn Joy C. Allosa-Alaba, failed to appear despite notice. Considering that this is the second time the Pre-Trial was reset despite due notice to petitioner's counsel, Atty. Velasco moved that the instant case be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
