REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8969 - AN ACT DECLARING THE THIRD (3RD) FRIDAY OF AUGUST OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR THE CITY OF DAVAO
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The third (3 rd ) Friday of the month of August of every year is hereby declared as a special working public holiday for the City of Davao.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
