TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE CITIES OF MANILA, MAKATI, AND PASAY

SUBJECT : RESETTING OF THE NATIONAL JUDGMENT DAY PROGRAM TO 1 DECEMBER 2015 IN THE CITIES OF MANILA, MAKATI, AND PASAY

In view of the suspension of work in the cities of Manila, Makati and Pasay on 16 November 2015, all first and second level courts in said cities shall RESET their cases, originally set on 16 November 2015 on account of the National Judgment Day, to 1 December 2015 , and 'issue the necessary notices to the parties therefor.
