Resolution - C.T.A. Crim. Case Nos. 0-106 & 0-107 Page2 "Manifestation" that the Secretary of Justice issued on June 4, 2009 a Resolution reversing and setting aside the Resolution, dated December 15, 2008, issued by State Pros. Bernardo L. Parico and Chief State Pros., Jovencito R. Zufio. Accordingly, State Pros. Bernardo L. Parico filed on June 15, 2009 a "Motion to Withdraw the Informations." WHEREFORE, the "Informations," filed on January 8, 2009 (for C.T.A. Crim. Case No. 0-106) and January 19, 2009 (for C.T.A. Case No. 0-107), respectively, against the accused Joselito Buatis, Baltazar U. Pulta and Herminio Apolinario, are hereby WITHDRAWN. Consequently, the bail bonds posted in cash for the provisional liberty of all accused are hereby CANCELLED AND ORDERED RELEASED to all the accused. Accordingly, these cases are now considered CLOSED AND TERMINATED.
