REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10018 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE MARIPIPI ISLAND CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIPIPI, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10018, February 23, 2010 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE MARIPIPI ISLAND CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIPIPI, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Maripipi Island Circumferential Road in the Municipality of Maripipi, Province of Biliran is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
