REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2909 - AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item 14 ( b ), page 530 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, is amended to read as follows:

"14. ( b ) Barrio school building, Sitio Saay, Barrio Can-asujan, Carcar—

Construction of one room..................................... P4, 000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
