REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9795 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE ILOILO CITY—LEGANES—DUMANGAS COASTAL ROAD, PROVINCE OF ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Iloilo City—Leganes—Dumangas Coastal Road which traverses along coastal communities in Dumangas, Leganes and Iloilo City, Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
