In his Manifestation filed on December 18, 2018, respondent interposed no objection to the withdrawal of the case. WHEREFORE, petitioner's Manifestation and Motion with Leave of Court to Withdraw Petition for Review is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Petition for Review dated April 6, 2017 filed by Republic Cement Services, Inc.
