SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE REVISED GUIDELINES FOR CONTINUOUS TRIAL OF CRIMINAL CASES
In its 25 April 2017 Resolution in A.M. No. 15-06-10-SC (Re: Revised Guidelines for Continuous Trial of Criminal Cases), the Court RESOLVED to APPROVE the Revised Guidelines for Continuous Trial of Criminal Cases.
The said Resolution, appended herein as Annex "A" was published in the Philippine Daily Inquirer and the Philippine Star on 7 May 2017 and the Revised Guidelines shall take effect on 1 September 2017.
