REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3451 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE THIRTY, NINETEEN HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of three million pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated as additional funds for the operation of the House of Representatives for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-two, itemized as follows:

1. For settlement of unpaid obligations with the Bureau of Printing

P500,000.00

2. For repairs and improvement of rooms and buildings

250,000.00

3. For payment of overtime services of employees during session

157,000.00

4. For expenses in connection with committee meetings

250,000.00

5. For terminal leave of officials and employees

400,000.00

6. For the payment of retirement and insurance premiums

443,000.00

7. For employment of supplementary personnel for a period of three months

450,000.00

8. For supplies and equipment

550,000.00

TOTAL

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
