Appeal from an order of the Court of First Instance of Rizal dismissing plaintiff's complaints for annulment of sale of three parcels of land by H.E. Heacock Company to Amparo Belen de Guzman and her husband Jose J. de Guzman, on the ground that the complaint failed to state a sufficient cause and disclosed the pendency of another action between the same parties on the same question.
