TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Trust Functions
Subject : Trust Consciousness Week
To raise the level of public awareness and understanding of the concepts and basic principles of trust operations and other fiduciary services, the Trust Officers Association of the Philippines (TOAP), in cooperation with its educational arm, the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines, will observe its annual celebration of the "Trust Consciousness Week" from 28 March to 1 April 2005.
In support of the activities of the TOAP, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas hereby declares the week of 28 March to 1 April 2005 as "Trust Consciousness Week" with the theme "Strengthening Foundations for Growth". All banks and non-bank financial institutions performing trust functions are hereby enjoined to ensure the successful observance of this week.
