REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6437 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BARRIO COGON IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINTUYAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE TO BARRIO JUAN AVILA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of Barrio Cogon in the Municipality of Pintuyan, Province of Southern Leyte, is changed to Barrio Juan Avila.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 17, 1972.
