Objective : To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of tax collection relative to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 7-2004 implementing the Centennial Taxpayers Recognition Program (CTRP), the following ATC is hereby created: KIND OF TAX ISSUANCE/ BIR FORM ATC LEGAL BASIS/ NO. MC100 REASONS 0605-100 Miscellaneous Taxes/Other Revenue Sources Centennial Voluntary Payment RMO No. 7-2004 II. Repealing Clause : This Revenue Memorandum Order revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith. III. Effectivity : This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
