Balili (President) Santiago T. Pulido (Treasurer) and Gertrudes S. Tamayo (Corporate Secretary) for violation of Section 255, in relation to Sections 253 and 256 of the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) of 1997, as amended, for taxable year 2010 for final withholding tax.

RESOLUTION CTA CRI M. CASE NO. 0-988 However, the Court found that the Referral Letter dated April 11, 2019 appended to the Information was mere photocopy. T hus, a Resolution was issued on January 16, 2023 ordering Plaintiff to submit within five (5) days from notice, the original or a certified true copy of the Referral Letter issued by the CIR on .April 11, 2019. Pending compliance, the judicial determination of probable cause is held in abeyance. On Pebruary 21, 2023, the Judicial Records Division issued a Records Verification Report stating that Plaintiff failed to comply with the Resolution dated January 16, 2023. WHEREFORE, the instant case is DISMISSED without prejudice for the failure by Plaintiff to comply with the Resolution dated January 16, 2023. SO ORDERED. ~. ~ ~ MA. BELEN M.
