TO: CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

15 th NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON APRIL 15-17, 2009 AT THE GRAND CAPRICE CONVENTION AND RESTAURANT LIMKETKAI CENTER, LAPASAN, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The officers and members of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its 15 th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on April 15-17, 2009 at the Grand Caprice Convention and Restaurant, Limketkai Center, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Cagayan de Oro City from February 26 to 27, 2009 to finalize policies, guidelines and to discuss other matters in preparation for the forthcoming convention:

1. Franklin C. Aguinaldo Executive Vice-President

2. Lucas Eloso Eje National Treasurer

3. George D. Mabborang Head Technical Assistant

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Winston T. Eguia, National President of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said activity.
