TO: All Universal (UBs) and Commercial (KBs) Banks
To implement the provisions of Circular No. 386 dated May 14, 2003 as approved under MB Resolution No. 512 dated April 10, 2003, foreign currency denominated credit accommodations of banks’ FCDUs/EFCDUs to the BSP shall be booked under a new sub-account Interbank Term Loans Receivable-BSP-FCDU/EFCDU, as an amendment to the SCHAD.DBF of the Consolidated Statement of Condition and the Consolidated Report on Compliance with FCDU Cover Requirement (SRSO Form 1).
The revised template report of SCHAD.DBF file (Page 3) and the Consolidated Report on Compliance with FCDU Cover Requirement are attached for your ready reference (Annexes 1 and 2).
The foregoing revisions shall be effective for reports as of June 30, 2003.
