REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1771 - AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEM IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (36) under q. Cebu, title A, section two of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:

"(36) Construction of a permanent 2-room Academic Building, Plan No. 1-4, San Fernando ........................................... P 12,800.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
