Promulgated: FEB 1 x-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------x RESOLUTION On December 6, 2013, petitioner Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation filed a Motion for Additional Time to File Petition for Review, stating that it � received the Resolution of the Special First Division of this Court on November 21, 2013; that it has fifteen (15) days from receipt of the Resolution or until December 6, 2013 within which to file a Petition for Review; that the said Petition for Review cannot be finalized in time for filing on its due date since there is a need for additional research and further verification of records. Petitioner prayed that it be given until December 21, 2013 to file the Petition for Review.
