SUBJECT : Diskette Reporting on the Consolidated Statement of Income and Expenses (CSIE) of Thrift Banks
For the implementation of the diskette reporting of the Consolidated Statement of Income and Expenses (CSIE) by thrift banks, attached are TB Form 3 Control Prooflist (Annex A) and Data Structure of the required report (Annex C).
Deadline for submission of this report effective for the quarter-ended September 30, 1997 and every quarter thereafter shall be fifteen (15) banking days after end of reference quarter. All Thrift Banks shall, aside from the diskette report, also submit a hard copy of the initial report (Annex B) for the quarter-end September 30, 1997 and year-end December 31, 1997.
