AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CLERKS OF COURT OR CLERKS IN CHARGE OF SMALL CLAIMS CASES IN FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION VII IN THE TRAINING ON THE SMALL CLAIMS CASE MONITORING SYSTEM

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in coordination with the Office of the Court Administrator and the Program Management Office, and in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, will conduct the Training on the Small Claims Case Monitoring System (SC2MS) on November 11, 2011 at the Days Hotel Iloilo, 4F The Atrium Mall, Gen. Luna St., Iloilo City.

The Branch Clerks of Court or the Clerks in Charge of Small Claims Cases in First Level Trial Courts of Region VII are the designated participants;

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

Any communication relating to the training activity shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Taft Avenue corner Padre Faura Street, Manila.
