REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4441 - AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ENRILE, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a vocational high school in the Municipality of Enrile, Province of Cagayan, to be known as Enrile Vocational High School.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Such sum as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
