REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9410 - AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9031, DECLARING MAY 27 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR AND IN THE CITIES OF NAGA AND IRIGA IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS ANNUAL FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Republic Act No. 9031 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. May 27 of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking public holiday in the entire Province of Camarines Sur including the cities of Naga and Iriga in commemoration of its foundation anniversary as a political unit." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
