REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4258 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MARINE FISHERIES DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE SECOND DISTRICT OF ILOCOS SUR AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained under, the supervision of the Fisheries Commission a marine fisheries demonstration station in any suitable site in the Second District of Ilocos Sur.

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
