Treason. Appeal from a decision of the Court of First Instance of Davao sentencing the appellant to suffer reclusion perpetua and to pay a fine of P10,000 and to indemnify the heirs of each deceased in the sum of P6,000 and to pay the costs.
Judgment affirmed with costs.
