AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES OF THE JURIS MODEL COURT SITES (BACOLOD CITY AND CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA) IN THE WORKSHOP ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR) POLICY ISSUES AND JDR MANUAL

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a 3-day Workshop on JudicialDispute Resolution (JDR) Policy Issues and JDR Manual for selected judges of the JURIS Model Court Sites (Bacolod City and City of San Fernando, Pampanga), to be held on 15 to 17 of November 2005 at the AIM Conference Center Manila (ACCM), Benavidez corner Trasierra Streets, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

The following judges are required to attend and participate in the workshop:

Attendance in this workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the workshop, and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
