REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7330 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR AN EXTENSION BRANCH WITH A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY OF THE SOUTHERN ISLANDS MEDICAL CENTER IN BASAK, CITY OF CEBU, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. An extension branch with a twenty-five-bed capacity of the Southern Islands Medical Center is hereby established in Basak, City of Cebu.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
