REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4451 - AN ACT TO FURTHER AMEND SECTION TWENTY HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE BY PROVIDING QUARTERS FOR THE PROVINCIAL VICE-GOVERNOR, OR ALLOWING THE VALUE THEREOF IN ADDITION TO HIS SALARY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section twenty hundred eighty-six of the Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Three thousand two hundred sixty-six, is further amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 2086. Quarters of Provincial Governors and Vice-Governors. —The provincial board may, in its discretion provide quarters for the provincial governor and vice-governor, or allow the value thereof, in addition to their salary."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
