TO: ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON JANUARY 25 & 26, 2008 AND ON FEBRUARY 29, 2008

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a regular monthly meeting on January 25 and 26, 2008 at 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon at Bethel's Guest House, Dumaguete City and on February 29, 2008 at 11:00 o'clock in the morning at Sampiro Room, 21 st Floor, Makati City Hail, Makati City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meetings.
