(SENECA) flied a Motion for Extension (Of Time to File Petition for Review), praying that it be given an additional period of fifteen (15) days from February 20, 2018 or until March 7, 2018 within which to file the Petition for Review. On February 22, 2018, the Court issued a Minute Resolution granting petitioner's motion. Hence, petitioner was granted a final and non-extendible period of fifteen (15) days from February 20, 2018 or until March 7, 2018 within which to file the Petition for Review. On March 7, 2018, petitioner filed a "Manifestation and Motion to Withdraw Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review" stating that upon prudent reassessment of the case and judicious reflection of the costs of continuing litigation, petitioner manifests that it no longer wishes to pursue the instant case and consequently seeks to withdraw the instant case and that in the interest of justice, fair play and the speedy disposition of the case, petitioner
