SUSPENSION FROM THE PHILIPPINE SHARI' A BAR OF HARON S. MELING

For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of this Court En Banc dated 08 June 2004 , in Bar Matter No. 1154 entitled, "In the Matter of Disqualification of Bar Examinee Haron S. Mellng, etc." ordering the suspension of respondent Harun S. Meling from the membership of the Philippine Shari'a Bar effective immediately until further orders from the Court.

The decision was received by the respondent on 13 July 2004.
