REPUBLIC ACT NO. 774 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A BLOOD PLASMA DEHYDRATING PLANT AS PROVIDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY-TWO.

AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A BLOOD PLASMA DEHYDRATING PLANT AS PROVIDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY-TWO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and fifty-two, of a blood plasma dehydrating plant in the Department of Health as provided by Republic Act Numbered Six hundred and sixty-two.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
