AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF SAGAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAGAY, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN TO EULALIO U. PABILLORE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. Renaming of a National High School. – The name of Sagay National High School in the Municipality of Sagay, Province of Camiguin is hereby changed to Eulalio U. Pabillore National High School: Provided, That all official communications and signages shall still carry the previous name of the school placed after its new name for better identification of the school.

SEC. 2. Location of the Main Campus. – The main campus of the Eulalio U. Pabillore National High School shall continue to remain in its present location in the Municipality of Sagay, Province of Camiguin.

SEC. 3. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 21, 2012 and August 28, 2012, respectively.
