REPUBLIC ACT NO. 696 - AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE BARRIO OF STA. MONICA (TUBABAO), MUNICIPALITY OF ORAS TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN POLICARPIO ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The barrio of Sta. Monica (Tubabao), Municipality of Oras, Province of Samar is hereby separated from its mother municipality and included in the Municipality of San Policarpo in the same province.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
