Carlo Jaurigue, was ordered to submit the parties' Joint Stipulation of Facts and Issues within twenty (20) days from December 4, 2014 or until December 24, 2014, which petitioner's counsel failed to comply. On January 29, 2015, the court ordered the parties to show cause, within ten (1 0) days from notice thereof, why they failed to comply with the December 4, 2014 Order of this Court. The Resolution dated January 29, 2015 was received by petitioner's counsel on February 10, 2015 and received by respondent's counsel on February 4, 2015. As per Report of the Records Division dated February 24, 2015, the parties likewise failed to comply with the January 29, 2015 Resolution . WHEREFORE, the case in caption is hereby DISMISSED for failure of petitioner to comply with the lawful order of the Court dated December 4, 2014 and for failure of the parties to comply with the lawful order of the Court dated January 29, 2015 (Section 3, Rule 17 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended).
